We will generate, foster and support community development programs to promote fair access to opportunities for multicultural communities in Australia. Our five year action plan focuses on supporting the Latin American Community and sustaining its culture among the second and third generations.

Our Members
AMA is conformed by forty elite professionals from different ethnic backgrounds predominantly from Latin America that celebrate diversity and recognise the importance of Australians from all cultures being valued in society.
What we do
At AMA we believe in ‘Embracing true reality’ the need for the graduates/professionals to not only realize their collective potential, but to apply that potential in ways that will define and shape their generation and ultimately make the world a better place. To date, our programs include: Cognitive Yoga, Growing and Eating and Impro Impact.
Where do we work
- We run our programs in different areas around Melbourne.
- We can come to us or we can go to your community groups, schools, universities, social groups, organisations, social enterprises, etc.
